Returns:
I take great care to ensure quality merchandise. However, in the event you receive an item that is defective, please notify me about the problem within 30 days of receipt. If there is a quality defect or a mistake on my part, I will promptly ship a replacement. Otherwise, monogrammed orders cannot be returned, so please check your order CAREFULLY before placing it.

If you need to cancel your order, please call me as soon as possible to see if I have started on it. If I have started on your order, then, a refund will not be given.
